Experts from various fields, including purchasing, sales, product design and development, are involved. Together, you will develop a comprehensive circular economy strategy.

The workshop will focus on the following topics, among others: developing a shared vision; identifying risks; gaining a better understanding of customers; and brainstorming and setting goals and ambitions. Finally, a roadmap will be drawn up to show how the company can implement the circular economy.

We offer a comprehensive hotspot analysis of the entire value chain. This analysis covers various aspects, including CO₂ emissions, environmental impact, resource and energy use, leakages, and supplier and customer structures. Firstly, we conduct a thorough analysis of the current situation to identify your company's strengths and weaknesses. We use the proven SWOT analysis method to provide a thorough evaluation. We also analyse existing processes and the entire value chain to gain an in-depth understanding of the current situation.

Another key component of our range of services is hotspot analysis. This involves examining specific areas of the value chain where hotspots exist in terms of environmental impact, resource use, CO₂ emissions, and other relevant factors. When developing a company-specific circular economy strategy, key parameters are established, the level of ambition is defined, and KPIs are derived. Working groups are formed, and timelines and deliverables are established. Workshops accompany the identification of bottom-up measures, while coordination with other strategic elements, such as climate and sustainability, takes place.

From the basics to implementation.
Framework and responsibilities.

The foundations of our circular economy strategy include defining the framework, which encompasses the system boundaries, hot spots, and time component. Key stakeholders are identified, and the level of ambition is set out in the corporate strategy. We establish a baseline by carrying out life cycle assessments for selected products.

To establish the circular economy internally, responsibilities must be defined and a working group formed. Employees are made aware of this through various methods, such as an online webinar for a selected target group or members of the working group. We develop a corporate attitude towards the circular economy and determine the level of ambition. The key stages of the value chain are identified and possible circular economy approaches, such as refurbishment or product design, are evaluated. We carry out a bottom-up potential analysis to identify measures, and develop a circular economy implementation roadmap containing recommendations for action and management approaches. Finally, we define a governance structure that includes processes, sub-targets, and responsibilities for implementation. Internal and external communication is considered to ensure the circular economy strategy is communicated effectively.
