In five steps.

The circular economy in procurement encompasses the transformation of companies towards sustainable procurement practices. We support companies in this sustainable transformation in five steps. We analyse the global supply chain to identify hotspots and conduct feasibility studies. We then work out measures to conserve resources and decarbonise at product group level and develop these in scenarios. We then define action areas and validate the feasibility of the measures, both internally and externally. We also establish an internal roadmap and clear governance structures to ensure the measures are implemented and quantify their impact on the defined sustainability targets.
